What if I don’t like how my new artwork looks in my home?
Your unconditional satisfaction does not end once you have left the gallery… That is why we stand behind every purchase with our RISK-FREE GUARANTEE: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we will take it back. No questions asked. It’s that simple.
Do you offer financing?
We understand that adding a piece of art to your home is an investment in taste and collectability. For your convenience, we offer both layaway and “no interest” financing on all purchases of $500 or more.
How often do you get new artwork in the Gallery?
We receive new pieces in every few days. If you are interested in a particular artist or piece, please contact us by email, phone or in person and we can help you locate what you are looking for.
What forms of payment does the Gallery accept?
LightHouse Galleries accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX.
Do you carry Thomas Kinkade?
LightHouse Galleries offers one of the largest selections of Thomas Kinkade art in the world. We specialize in the rare, hard to find, images that other galleries don’t have.
Do I need to purchase a new Thomas Kinkade piece to participate in the upcoming event?
Absolutely not. Our events are free of charge and anyone can participate.
My art frame doesn’t match my new home. What can I do?
LightHouse Galleries offer a lifetime exchange policy on all our frames. If the original frame you purchased from us has not been damaged, you may exchange it at anytime for another frame of equal or lesser value, free of charge.
What is a Master Highlighting Event?
At this event, we have one of Thomas Kinkade’s Master Highlighters here to enhance the canvases. Master Highlighters are trained artists approved by Thomas Kinkade to enhance his limited edition artwork by adding additional oil paint to the areas of the canvas approved by Thom. This enhancement truly increases the lighting effects of Thomas Kinkade’s artwork on limited edition canvases making the light pop off the canvas even more.
There is no charge for this exclusive service and the good news is that you DO NOT have to be present to have your canvas highlighted. We will have the canvas highlighted in your absence.
