I finished that plein air I shared early this spring! I wanted to keep the black and gold theme so I added one of the butterflies we have around the house! Also, I wanted to explain what plein air means. It is a French word for “in open air” which means you aren’t in a stuffy studio looking at a photo, you’re actually on location with your paints learning directly from Creation! What joy!
